Khao San Poshtel, located in the vibrant heart of Bangkok, was our first international, fully integrated project. Baldwa & Associates was appointed for architecture design consultancy and project management consultancy (PMC), delivering a modern, efficient and experience-driven hostel that blends functionality with contemporary design.
The existing building required complete rethinking — from demolition to design — to create a safe, functional and vibrant space for modern travellers. The challenge was to maximize space, comply with international standards, and deliver a unique guest experience, all within time and budget.
