Baldwa & Associates began in Udaipur in 2015, founded by Nishit Baldwa with a simple ambition: to bring design and execution closer together.

What started as an architecture practice has grown into a multidisciplinary practice bringing Architecture, Interior Design, Project Management Consultancy, BIM, and Digital Engineering together under one roof. Instead of handing a project from one consultant to another, we believe in keeping the entire journey connected—from the first idea to the final handover.
Today, our work extends across Udaipur and its outskirts, Chittorgarh, Bhilwara, Goa, Jaipur, and Ahmedabad, as well as internationally through BIM consultancy in Dubai and a project in Bangkok—the delivery of an 8-floor, 250-bed luxury hostel on Khao San Road.
We began in Udaipur. We built our foundation here. Today, we take that approach wherever the project takes us.
Baldwa & Associates was founded by Nishit Baldwa, Founder & Director, with a simple belief: building a home or space of your own is a dream for everyone, and for most people, it is a once-in-a-lifetime investment.

Nishit's interest in design began early through sketching and painting, eventually leading him to pursue his B.Arch at Aayojan School of Architecture and Design.
Baldwa & Associates did not begin as a family architecture practice. The Baldwa family has roots in marble and real estate, while Nishit chose to build his own path in design and construction.
Growing up around real estate, he saw an opportunity to bring stronger design, planning, and functionality to the buildings being developed. What started with a vision to add design to his family's real estate journey gradually became Baldwa & Associates.
